A: An admin user can cancel at any time by going to the Organization Info section and selecting “Cancel My Subscription.”

A: No. The e-signature feature becomes available once you upgrade to a paid subscription.
Q: How do I go from trial user to paid subscriber user?
A: In your Account Profile under Billing, you can enter your credit card to activate premium services such as e-signature and texting.

A: CaptaFi is a monthly subscription service. Premium features such as e-signature and texting are billed separately. You only pay for what you use.
Q: Is there an additional expense for phone and text service?
A: Phone usage is billed at $0.22 per minute and texting is billed at $0.01 per text.

A: E-signature is priced at $0.50 per signature. You only pay when you use it.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of records I can create?
A: No. You may create an unlimited number of customer records.
Q: How many computers/devices can I use with a subscription?
A: You may use an unlimited number of computers or devices; however, simultaneous logins are not permitted.
Q: Can I access the application on my phone or tablet?
A: Yes. CaptaFi is responsive and adjusts to fit your phone or tablet.
Q: Can I access my data offline?
A: CaptaFi is a cloud-based system and requires an internet connection. However, you may export your data to a CSV file for backup purposes.
Q: Can the software be branded?
A: Yes. We offer a branding package that allows you to customize the customer portal and dashboard with your company’s logo and colors.
Q: Can I make suggestions to improve the product?
A: Yes. We encourage feedback and provide an in-application tool so customers can submit enhancement ideas directly.
